Located immediately next door to Bella Vista Mar, you have the convienence of a private apartment as well as access to all Bella Vista Mar facilities.

Banda is the owner's apartment, and a favorite apartments for two couples who appreciate a little more space and the conveniences of home. Banda is on the top floor of the second building and provides EVERYTHING you need for the perfect vacation.

Banda has a complete kitchen, two full baths and a top floor view that will knock your socks off! And... drum roll here... this is the only unit in the complex with optional AC (at extra charge). Adults over 18 only, please.

Breakfast is not included with this rental, although you can arrange to have breakfast at Bella Vista Mar for an additional fee.

The Beds
King bed in the master and queen in the second bedroom, pochote wood accents by local craftsmen and colorful artwork complete the picture.

The Bath
One for each bedroom! Large private tiled bathrooms with shower and hot water. Check out the cool counter top in the main Master!

The View
Every room has a view, and if you leave the windows open you can hear the ocean at night. Muy tranquilo!
